Le Duc de Praslin Hotel was awarded with a certificate of Excellence from the Seychelles Ministry of Tourism for Best Small Hotel in 2000 and 2003. We are proud to be one of the best hotels in the Island!

This small Seychelles hotel has 23 rooms of which 18 are of Superior category covering 63m² each, 2 Junior suites of 75m², 2 large 100m² Honeymoon suites, and 1 two bedroom family suite of 140m².

Le Duc de Praslin Hotel has a well-known garden with a large collection of orchids, hibiscus, tropical palm trees and the oldest tortoise on the island - 105 year old Josephine. We also have a large fresh water pond, where kids can help feed the fish at feeding time.

Built amidst magnificent trees, the hotel offers a typical Seychellois environment, with a Creole style reception, lounge and pool bar bringing forth a strong conservation concept.

Policies and Other Information

Late check-out policy
Late check out must be agreed by hotel before check-out date.  The hotel has the right to charge one night's rate.

Policy on children staying with parents
Children 0 to 12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate except for family suites.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received by the reservations department 15 days before arrival.
- All cancellations must be confirmed or else the cancellation has not been approved.
- Unconfirmed cancellations made 15 to 7 days before arrival will be charged 50 % on BB basis.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before scheduled arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% on BB basis.
